Maths Week Ireland

Last week was Maths Week Ireland, therefore we had a “Number Day” on Friday 19^th October and a non-uniform day.   Children came to school that day with a number on their clothing and donated a coin. Coins were sorted and counted by the various classes as part of our numeracy activities. A donation will be made to Marie Curie Cancer Care as we intend to plant a Garden of Hope in November with daffodils donated by Marie Curie.
