BT Young Scientist of the Year 2016
8th Jan 2016
Yesterday Primary 5 had a very early start to make their way to the RDS in Dublin to take part in the 2016 BT Young Scientist of the Year.
The subject of their study was 'Does curly hair produce more static electricity?'
The children received lots of attention as they experimented with different hair types and explained their findings to interested pupils from across Ireland.
Primary 5 received great feedback from the judging panel and their smart dress and display even got the attention of National Television crews.
Well done to everyone involved!!!
