iTeach Coding Day

On Monday 14th November St. Malachy's welcomed Michael O'Kane from iTeach for a morning of coding in both Key Stages.

The first session seen P1-P3 working on problem solving, sequences and instructions through coding with their ipad using apps such as lighbotjr.

While later in the morning P4-P7 investigated various types of programming including the use of a drone to draw a simple 2d shape.

St. Malachy's would like to thank Michael for his fun and insightful sessions and our pupils can look forward to using these new techniques and software over the coming terms.
