Term One in Primary 5

We have had a wonderful first term in P5.

Our topics in The World Around Us included learning about 'Light and Shadow' and learning about continents and countries in our 'Around the World' topic.

P5 have enjoyed PE with their coaches Kevin and Greg and also had a six week block of swimming lessons to build on this important life skill.

Within Numeracy the P5 class have consolidated new concepts through practical maths tasks and using ICT and maths apps such as IXL and TTRS.

We have developed our literacy skills through developing creative writing with a focus on poetry.
