The Armagh Rhymers visit St. Malachy's Primary School

Dara Vallely and Eoin Kelly of The Armagh Rhymers were recently in St. Malachy’s to work with the Primary seven class, to retell the story of Brian Boru through the use of music, dance and rhyme. This action packed day saw the children partake in two workshops in the morning and performing their play to KS2 in the afternoon. The Rhymers helped the children retell how the city of Armagh was built, the raid of the Vikings and the famous Battle of Clontarf. The children and the staff of St. Malachy’s would like to thank both Dara and Eoin for a fantastic day of learning.
